OPI Bubble Bath (ISLS86) is such a beautiful color. It can take some time to learn to work with it to get streak free, bubble free coverage, however the practice you put in to apply it can be worth the effort.

All in all, these colors are both lovely. They are both similar in their coverage, medium sheer. They are both available in long wear formula (shown) or standard wear.
