OPI Let's Be Friends! Swatch

Inside this post is a review of the Hello Kitty Collection Let’s Be Friends! color from the Infinite Shine line, along with swatches of this light pink shade.

I personally love light pinks like this that are nearly white - they have such a clean, and crisp look, but this shade is now discontinued as an Infinite Shine formula.

Thankfully, this shade remains available as a standard lacquer color, in GelColor and in Dip Powder.

OPI Let’s Be Friends! was originally part of a 2016 special release collection collaboration between OPI and Hello Kitty. Then it was re-released as part of a 2019 Hello Kitty Holiday collection. 

During that time, from 2016 through 2019, Let’s Be Friends! was OPI’s most requested and searched shade. It was finally re-released as part of the permanent OPI collection.

It is the only shade from the Hello Kitty collection collaborations currently being manufactured - so I'm clearly not the only one who loves it! Let’s Be Friends! is a pastel pink creme nail polish that could also be described as an opaque white with pink undertones. 

It’s available in a variety of formula types and this swatch is shown in 2 coats of the previously available Infinite Shine formula.

For the review of this color - 

Depending on how the light hits it, Let’s Be Friends! can look more white or blush pink.

This is a very light pink creme, designed to be opaque, with full coverage available in two coats which is pretty amazing for this type of color. 

Many light pink almost-white shades require three coats for full coverage, which can be time consuming as well as allowing more room for mistakes so anytime you have a two coat light pink, it’s a gem to be remembered.

Let’s Be Friends! provides a bright pop to the nail and it’s perfect if you enjoy the classic pink and white nails, as this shade is essentially a hybrid of these two colors.

All in all, this is a pretty light pink shade that gives the wearer a nice, clean and crisp looking manicure.
