I believe it was last year that OPI started to release a separate collection just for their long wearing line, Infinite Shine.
Because I covered the standard lacquer and GelColor shades for the Fall 2025 What’s Your Mani-tude? Collection, I thought it might be nice if we pivoted to share the Infinite Shine shades for the winter colors.
This collection is packed with glitter and sparkle - there are only 2 creams.
Comparatively, it’s a far contrast from the OPI Fall 2025 Collection, which was mostly creams with only 2 shimmers.
If you’re a sparkle lover like me, holiday collections tend to be where it’s at.
I look forward to the glitz they bring every year and this year, I’m happy to have this collection early so that I can get into all the glitter sooner rather than later.
The Infinite Shine Holiday 2025 Good Enough to Treat Collection features 12 mostly candy-themed colors:
MARSHMELLoOo SO SWEET
CANDY 4 MY SWEET TART
GUMDROP THA BALL
PINKISH DELIGHT
A LIL SUGA & SPICE
SNEAK-A-BLUE CANDY
PUT THE ICY IN SPICY
I’M A NATURAL GINGERBREAD
CRANKIN’ HOLIDAY JAMS
SUGARLIPS ON MY TIPS
HAVE A BRITTLE FUN
HANG THE MINTSELL
Below you will see swatches of this collection, in order, along with my first impressions of each color.
Before we dive in, something to note is that also recently, OPI started labeling their nail polish colors on the bottom bottle label in all upper case lettering, so that is how you will see the polishes noted in this post.
I’m not sure why they made this change, but the upper case lettering is present on the last collection too.
I think the nail polish names are way easier to read this way so I’m fine with it.
Let’s look at the swatches:
OPI Infinite Shine MARSHMELLoOo SO SWEET
Shown in 3 coats, this is an iridescent frosty milky white sheer shade. If you’re a big fan of “Ice Queen” inspired nails, where you tap into the more wintery landscape colors of the holiday season, this shade is for you.
It’s a micro shimmer with a ton of warmth and a white gold finish, but depending on how the light hits it, you’ll see the pink and purple glitz in the formula shining through, too.
This is an opalescent shade that you can wear on its own as shown above or as a topper.
You could wear it in 1, 2 or 3 coats; I only show it in 3 coats here as I wanted to see how the color built up.
OPI Infinite Shine CANDY 4 MY SWEET TART
Shown in 2 coats, this shade turned out to be prettier than I anticipated.
It’s a dark pink mega glitter filled with silver and gold sparkles. It feels like wearing gift wrapping and you are the present.
The gold sparkles give it warmth, but the cool pink balances it out, making this a great pink for any skintone.
OPI Infinite Shine GUMDROP THA BALL
Shown in 2 coats, this is a bright and friendly red creme, it's perfect for candy cane nail art though it does look beautiful on its own. It’s cheerful - it reminds me of an elf.
The name of this one makes me laugh, so it puts me in a better mood while wearing it.
OPI Infinite Shine PINKISH DELIGHT
Shown in 2 coats, this light baby pink holographic shimmer has a kiss of lavender, making it perfect for both pink and purple lovers.
This swatch was taken in direct partial sunlight, which can give you an idea of how it might look in an office setting.
The holo is much stronger in direct full sunlight, but overall it's very delicate, so this shade is great for work friendly, but still festive, nails.
OPI Infinite Shine A LIL SUGA & SPICE
Shown in 3 coats, you could wear it in 2 coats, but I wanted to see how the color built up.
This is a captivating deep orchid purple sparkle. It has the same mega glitter finish as CANDY 4 MY SWEET TART above, except it’s a rich purple base with silver and purple glitters.
This is the first shade I wore from the collection and I love it as a pedicure.
Looking down at your toes glittering in this shade is such a joy booster.
OPI Infinite Shine SNEAK-A-BLUE CANDY
Shown in 2 coats, this royal blue pearl is elegance in a bottle. In the evening light it glows and in some lighting, it looks a bit closer to deep navy blue rather than a British royal blue, which is how it appears above.
The formula is gorgeous as well - it really glides over the nail as you paint; it takes almost no effort to get it exactly right.
OPI Infinite Shine PUT THE ICY IN SPICY
Shown in 2 coats in direct full sunlight, is this baby blue holographic shimmer. As with all holographic nail polishes, the holo is much more subtle, yet present, in indoor/cloudy lighting.
It’s gorgeous and similar to OPI Angels Flight to Starry Nights, but lighter toned and with more holo.
OPI Infinite Shine I’M A NATURAL GINGERBREAD
Shown in 2 coats, this warm red shimmer has subtle pink undertones giving it a subtle, multi-dimensional look.
OPI Infinite Shine CRANKIN’ HOLIDAY JAMS
Shown in 2 coats, this cozy red creme has a rich, luxurious feel and soft cinnamon undertones. This one may be my favorite red from the collection.
OPI Infinite Shine SUGARLIPS ON MY TIPS
Shown in 3 coats, you could wear this shade in 2 or 3 coats, but I wanted to see how the color built up, so here we are at 3.
Sugarlips on my Tips is a chunky, yellow gold mega glitter, with the same formula as CANDY 4 MY SWEET TART and A LIL SUGA & SPICE above.
It’s in a clear base - which makes it perfect as an accent for holiday nail art.
OPI Infinite Shine HAVE A BRITTLE FUN
Shown in 2 coats, you could call this a tiger’s eye bronze pearl shimmer. I would be comfortable with describing it as a mid-tone warm brown pearl with yellow to orange undertones, too.
In some lighting, this shade is more of a deeper bronze and in others, like the swatch shown above taken in front of a sunny window, it’s a lighter bronze.
What I love about it is that when you apply the first coat a little on the thicker side, it’s a 1 coat wonder. It also has a cozy, cuddly feel.
Note: like all pearls, this shade shows brush strokes.
For best results, cap the free edge of the nail first. Then, apply with a healthy bead of polish on the brush, in long, even strokes starting from the top of the nail near the cuticle line, finishing at the nail’s tip.
OPI Infinite Shine HANG THE MINTSELL
Holy sparkle! This shade is the glitziest of them all. It’s a mint to aquamarine mega glitter in a clear base, with silver and cool green chunky glitters throughout.
You could wear this one in 1 coat as a topper or as a glitter gradient, but it’s shown in 3 coats as I wanted to see how it built up.
It has a gel-like plump finish on the nail and sparkles equally bright no matter what lighting scenario you’re in - even in relative darkness! It certainly catches your eye and the light extremely well.
It was a challenge capturing it in a still photo because it’s just so reflective, but the above snapshot gives you an idea - it’s in sunset light.
Each of these shades will bring a festive, fun, holiday vibe to your nails.
