Sally Hansen Lady Millionaire #032 is from the Mega Strength line and it is one of Sally Hansen’s more popular shades.
This is a sheer glitter pink nail polish that remains sheer at three coats. It absolutely shimmers under indoor and outdoor lighting, and it is relatively easy to remove as far as glitter nail polishes are concerned.
The Mega Strength line is a one bottle manicure that comes with a hardening base and top coat.
This line is designed to protect nails from peeling, chipping and breaking making it essentially a treatment line.

To apply this shade, start with a single layer of base coat. The bottle says two coats of color and a single layer of top coat, but in these swatches, there are three coats of color as extra sparkle felt appropriate.
As you can see it stays sheer even at this level, so if you want more opacity, use a pink opaque color coat as a base and then apply two coats of Lady Millionaire on top, followed by a single layer of top coat.
