Pink and yellow nails can be cheery, bring joy and offer a bright pop of color to the nail and your summer nail designs.

Pink and yellow nails are sometimes called pink lemonade nails or strawberry lemonade nails because they remind you of the pink and yellow fruits that go into making that drink - lemons and strawberries!

This manicure is one of my favorite summer nail looks and it brings me so much joy every time I wear it, so today you’ll be learning how to get this Pink Lemonade Nail look easily.

In this post, you will find photos of pink and yellow nail colors layered on the nail in a Chevron French Manicure, which means just the tips get opaque coverage, painted on in diagonal lines on each side of the nail. The base of the nail is a sheer neutral nail polish.

To achieve Pink Lemonade Nails, you will need these products or something similar:

  4. Apply two coats of Daisy Dukes on the left diagonal of each nail. Use a wet nail brush dipped in water to clean up any mistakes. Allow at least one minute to dry between coats.
  5. Apply one coat of your favorite glossy top coat.
  6. If any pink or yellow paint got on the skin surrounding the nail: dip your nail brush in acetone and lightly clean up your edges.
  7. Enjoy!

Okay, so now you have a gorgeous, joy boosting summer manicure.

This Pink Lemonade Nails look is great in any summer setting, including summer holiday parties like 4th of July get-togethers. It’s bright, cheery and the chevron tips create a vibrant yet light, non-overpowering design.
